Phase II — Stabilization

Consistent nourishment, reduce extremes, regulate basics, supportive movement.

Nutrition foundation education

Lab work has provided guidelines for protocol based care that isn’t guess-work.

Pattern interruption deepens.

Phase III — Understanding

Physiology in plain language. Food beyond macros. What your signals mean.

Education becomes the primary focus.

Learning your signals.

Learning your responses.

Building habits, and a lifestyle that supports your body, rather than forcing or going against the grain.

Phase IV — Integration

Adjust without panic. Stay regulated under real life. Stop overcorrecting.

Nutrition feels simple. Eating isn’t an anxiety attack.

Choices are not made with panic.

There is clarity around how you support your body and systems.

Symptoms are resolving.

Because the root, the environment and inputs that led to them…. are diminishing.

You can interpret, adapt, and lead yourself without dependency.

You don’t open social media and wonder if the supplement you’re being marketed would “fix” you.

    • reflections are made for YOU, based on your current state.

  • Sanctum holds 10-12 women at a time. This allows for the work to be deeply personal for each client.

  • Do I need recent labs?

    • NO - we will asses lab work in phase 1.

    • If you have current or past labs, I will look at them in phase 1.

  • What if I have a diagnosis / meds?

    • Most all of my clients do!

  • What if I travel / have a chaotic schedule?

    • Most people do!

  • Is this weight loss coaching?

    • Not as a directive, but as a result, yes. If your goal is to lose weight, and you’ve “tried everything” and keep re-starting - this is for you. There’s a deeper reason the weight is still a battle. We address weight loss from that place. Not the scale.

  • How many clients do you take?

    • 10 at a time.

  • What happens after I apply?

    • Consultation with Hannah.

    • This is to asses if you are a good fit for the practice. And if the practice is a good fit for you. To talk more in depth about you, and your health.
